What is a prosthesis?

In case of damage or loss of tooth or teeth, gums and surrounding tissues due to different reasons, the prosthesis application is prepared individually. Thus, the patient regains the lost tooth or teeth, which are considered the beginning of the digestive system, regains a healthy chewing function. Prostheses, which also enable the speech to improve and the person to have an aesthetic appearance again, aim to increase the quality of life of the person. Personalized dentures can also be defined as artificial teeth that fully adapt to the patient's oral structure, can be used comfortably, can be fixed in the mouth or can be easily inserted and removed.

What are the differences between metal supported porceilan coating and Zirconium supported porceilan veneers

Metal-supported coatings are opaque. Their colors are cooler and more matte than zirconium crowns. Metal (gray) bridges are used to support the ceramic on which the tooth form will be formed in metal-supported porceilan coatings. In zirconium supported veneers this layer is white in color and does not create a dark reflection from the gum. It transmits light.
